As part of its remit, the Conservation and Planning (C&P) Group examine the Public Consultations put forward by the various Council bodies and other Developers, to determine whether there will be any impact on the aspects of Conservation Areas and Historical and Listed Buildings in the town, or the character of the town.

As a result of this, the Group may comment on these plans on behalf of the Civic Society. Below is a list of the projects for which Public Consultation was undertaken, and the Civic Society response.
